Shipping policy

Depending on the location, our orders can be delivered by different operators like UkrPoshta, NovaPoshta, USPS, RoyalMail, ParcelForce and other national postal operators. Express services such as DHL, UPS, and FedEx are currently unavailable for sending parcels from Ukraine. 

Since the production and finished product warehouse are located in Lutsk, Ukraine, all orders are completed and shipped exclusively from Ukraine.

All orders will have tracking number and insurance.

Shipping from Ukraine in 2026

Delivery within Ukraine usually takes 2-5 business days by UkrPoshta or NovaPoshta. 

International delivery from Ukraine takes 14-30 business days.  The exact delivery time depends on the recipient's country, local postal service and customs services.

Due to the ongoing full-scale war in Ukraine, all customs take more time than usual to process shipments and release them for further delivery.

ArtLaserUA is not responsible for delays and overall terms of delivery. This is something we can’t control.

Order tracking from Ukraine

You will get an email with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped. Please note that it takes up to 48 hours for the first scan to appear, so please do not be alarmed if your package isn’t immediately “in transit.”

You can track your order yourself through your personal account or with the help of the "live chat" assistant. If you need additional information on tracking and tracking your order, you can email us at any time convenient for you, or chat with us during our business hours. We will be happy to assist you.

Production Time

Production time depends of chosen product. Due to the most of the products in ours shop are handmade the order processing may very. Many of ours pieces are made-to-order to ensure personal touch. You can see Made To Order label above the price on the product detail page if that is the case. Please allow 7-15 business days for your Made to Order item to be made before shipping.

For In stock items - will take 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped. The exact order preparation time depends on the order queue. The longer the queue, the longer the wait. For more precise information about the current queue, please contact us in the chat.

Custom orders' processing time will depend on design and complexity, but usually takes 14-20 business days.

Duties and Taxes

Please note the prices do not include any taxes or custom fees, your delivery might be subject to additional costs depending on the destination country's legislation. All orders are Delivered Duty Unpaid,  with the exception of shipments to the US and EU countries. Сustoms duties for the US and EU countries are paid by us upon shipment. This means that your order may be subject to taxes/duties that are levied by the local customs office. All prices online are quoted free of any additional charges. For information on taxes and duties in your country please contact your local customs office or taxation authority.

Shipping sent back orders

• If a customer didn’t pick up a parcel on time and it was sent back to us, he/she would have to pay additionally for the second shipping. We will send it again only after payment.
• If a customer didn’t pick up a parcel on time, it was sent back to us and he/she refused to arrange the repeated shipping or we got no reply (within 45 days since we received it back), the order gets annulled with no refunds.

Please note

• We're not responsible for packages that has proof of delivery and/or signed. If you believe your package is missing, please contact delivery service directly and dispute a case with them.
• Any packages destroyed by delivery services in your country due to no delivery or no response from the receiver will not be refunded, please contact delivery service directly and ask for compensation.
• Shipping costs are not refundable.
• We don’t ship to Russia, Belarus, Serbia, Iran.
