Size

The Route map and the Medal module comply with the L-size Holders standard.

Route map size:
Width - 292 mm (11,5 in).
Height - 290 mm (11,4 in).
Depth - 12-14 mm (0,5-0,6 in).
Route map + Medal holder size:
Width - 417 mm (16,4 in).
Height - 290 mm (11,4 in).
Depth - 12-14 mm (0,5-0,6 in).

Materials

High-quality Plywood 3-4 mm made of natural birch or alder veneer.
MDF (medium-density fiberboard) 3 mm, the raw material for which is waste paper and recycled wood fibers.
Neodymium Magnets. The medal holder body and insert contain two magnets, each with a pull-out force of 1.2 kg, which ensures that the medal is securely held in the holder.

The processing time for a personalized order depends on the number of items and the overall backlog of customizations in production. The larger the order, the longer it will take to complete. The processing time for your order also depends on how quickly you can confirm the design with your details.
